الإيجابيات: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly impressed by the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The housekeeping service was excellent, with the room kept clean and well maintained. The morning breakfast buffet was another highlight, with a great variety of options and everything being fresh and enjoyable. We especially appreciated how accommodating the hotel was with our request for a flexible checkout time. The staff were very understanding and did their best to make things convenient for us. We were also pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade, which was handled very generously and made our stay even more special. Overall, excellent hospitality, attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and great service. We would definitely be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
