الإيجابيات: As usual the value for money is really good with Kease. The flat was big, the bedrooms were nice. Internet speed was good. Kitchen was great. However, the maintenance of the place for some items (wash room, couch) need to be anticipated and fixed before newcomers move in. But the team reacted fast to fix it.

Pathetic

الإيجابيات: The modern apartments and first apartments location to the city of Riyadh.

السلبيات: A lot!!! Thanks to Bookings.com I didn’t receive the apartment I requested and booked. There was no service available for the duration of my stay with regards to cleaning. Very misguided information when booking. I had to move to another apartment which was ridiculously situated in An Narjis and then only to arrive and find the geyser doesn’t stay hot for more than 5 mins and in winter with a child it was very difficult. The kitchen tap just stopped working completely so it was of no use as we had called numerous times for someone to come check but to no avail. There was no hairdryer in the apartment. A big waste of my money and time and highly not recommended for anyone travelling out so far to visit Riyadh. From my side a first and last time with kease as it was no relaxing vacation but rather a huge disappointment!!
